Remarks made by Professor Dr.Metha Wanapat on receiving “The Outstanding Faculty (Professor) Award in Science & Technology for the Year 2008” by Office of the University Faculty Senate of Thailand (OUFST) in Science & Technology for the Year 2008.
Prof. Dr. Metha stated that “The Award was as honorable, nothing can be compared as it was awarded by OUFST. It is a prestigious and privileged award which will motivate and empower myself and colleagues to do more work in bringing out new knowledge, findings as well as training new young generation to help solve confronting problems of society both at national and international levels, continuously.
One of the most important elements for success was the keen intention, ambitions in initiating initiatives and as an “Opportunity Provider/Giver” for those who can initiate and participate in any missions. It is my high expectation that producing more multiple human resources will enrich empowerment for them to achieve their goals successfully and sustainably………”
