There are many ways to register for the GEOINDO 2011 International Conference
Fill in the PDF registration form and just click submit
(a button found on the right-hand corner of the PDF file).
2) Mail a completed registration form to

3) Email a digital copy ( image or .pdf file) to the Conference Secretariat at geoindo2011@gmail.com
Registration fee for the technical conference includes participation in the technical session,
a printout of the Proceedings, refreshments, lunch (for 3 days) and a welcome reception dinner.

1 - Early registration deadline is August 31, 2011
2 - Pre-registration deadline is October 31, 2011
3 - On-site registration accepts payment in cash in the indicated currency only

4 - Students must submit proof of enrollment status in order to register as a ‘Student’. Any documentation from 
the bursar’s office indicating that you are a student at the time of registration can be used.

Excursion fee includes an excursion guide book, transportation, accommodation,
meals and snacks, cultural shows, and all entrance and activities fees for the entire 5-day trip.

*Excursion registration deadline is October 15, 2011

Please note that the number of participants (excluding the excursion staff) is limited to 60 people,
therefore seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

For pre-registration and early registration

Make sure your mailed check reaches us before the payment deadline

Refund Policy
Excursion fee: 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancellations are made on or before October 31, 2011.
No refunds for cancellations after this date.
Conference fee: 90% of the payment will be refunded if cancellations are made on or before November 15, 2011.
After this date, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.

After you have submitted your registration and payment, please allow us 1-2 weeks to process
your information and send a confirmation notice (by email if applicable). In the meantime,
if you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
